Each session is  personalized with modifications and progressions tailored to your needs,  making space for both rest and resilience. Bodē Burn is Canada’s first Hot Infrared Reformer class — and a signature at Bode Movement. This 45-minute session combines slow, controlled movement with time under tension to build strength and deepen connection. Infrared heat enhances detox, recovery, and calorie burn, leaving you energized, refreshed, and recharged.

Bodē Boost is a high-exertion, low-impact infrared Reformer class that ignites your power. Combining dynamic intervals with controlled resistance, it builds endurance and full-body strength. The jumpboard offers safe, horizontal jumping for added cardio. Infrared heat boosts stamina, recovery, and sweat.


To get the most from this class, we recommend experiencing a few Bode Base Reformer sessions first.

BODē ROPE WALL YOGA

Rope Wall Restorative Yoga

INTENSITY: ⭐⭐ (LOW - MODERATE INTENSITY)


This unique class utilizes the rope wall to  facilitate spinal decompression, allowing you to achieve a full release  into yoga poses with greater ease and depth.  Experience the benefits of connecting with your parasympathetic nervous  system as the wall aids in achieving a state of relaxation and balance.  The wall provides dynamic support, helping you refine your technique,  explore new ranges of motion, and enhance your overall practice. Perfect  for those seeking a mindful, supportive approach to yoga that promotes  both physical and mental well-being.  


All levels welcome, although not recommended for pregnant bodies.
