Grip Socks Policy 

Grip socks are mandatory for all participants attending Reformer classes. 

The Bode Experience Intro Special

When offered, this special is valid from the date of your 1st class booking (with this membership), for 14 consecutive days. Please note, If you cancel your initial class the experience will not restart your 14 day count.

Late Policy

Clients are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. Clients are given 1 minute grace past class start time, no exemptions.

Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations

Members: Any booked class cancelled with less than 24 hours before class start time will  be charged $12.50 per cancellation.

Non-members: Any booked class cancelled with less than 24 hours before the class start time will be charged $17.50 per cancellation.

Membership cancellations/changes

All Memberships require a two week notice via email for cancellation requests or membership switch, no exemptions.

No-show Policy

Members: Monthly/Weekly memberships and package holders will be charged a no-show fee of $15 plus tax.

Non-members: Non-members will be charged a no-show fee of $20 plus tax

These terms and conditions of use for bodemovement.com and the Bode Movement mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) and Bode Movement and its related entities (“Bode Movement,” “we,” “us,” “our”). The following terms and conditions, together with:

(a) the membership terms (“Membership Terms”) which apply to your purchase of any Bode Movement products or memberships and your use of any Bode Movement services, including your booking and attendance at any Bode Movement class, and (b) the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) found here, which applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Bode Movement,

(collectively, these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform.

Bode Movement operates independently and may partner with other businesses for services and products. These Terms and Conditions apply solely to your use of our Platform and do not govern your interactions with any third-party partners. Any services utilized at or purchased from these partners are subject to their respective terms, policies, and conditions. Please contact the relevant partner for more information.

BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY. YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH BODE MOVEMENT (OR YOU HAVE OBTAINED YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS), AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES IT OFFERS.

Bode Movement may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes through a prominent notice on our Platform or as required by applicable law. Such changes are effective immediately upon notice and apply to all access to and continued use of the Platform. You agree to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates, and your continued use of our Platform constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The information and material on the Platform may be modified, withdrawn, or terminated at any time at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if any portion or the entire Platform becomes restricted or unavailable at any time or for any duration.

By submitting your personal information and using our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of such information as necessary for the use of the Platform and provision of services, in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which is also incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

The Platform includes services available to registered users, such as class bookings. To access certain services, content, or areas of the Platform, you may be required to register as a user. As a condition of your registration and use of the Platform, all information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. By registering for our Platform and providing information, you consent to all actions we may take concerning such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any username, password, or other security information chosen by you or provided to you as part of our security procedures must be kept confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. Exercise caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer to prevent unauthorized access. You understand and agree that your account is personal to you, and you agree not to provide any other person with access to the Platform using your username, password, or other security information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username, password, or any other security breach. Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You are responsible for any misuse of your password or unauthorized access.

You may suspend your account on our Platform at any time, provided you have no current orders. However, we may retain your profile information for our records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for all mobile, cable, or other internet service provider charges incurred by you to access the Platform and use the services it offers.

Our Platform allows you to purchase products from Bode Movement, including memberships and class packages. All orders, purchases, or transactions made using the Platform are subject to the Membership Terms and Privacy Policy, both incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Purchases made through our Platform may also be subject to additional terms and conditions set by Bode Movement. Please contact us for more information.

Refund availability is determined solely by Bode Movement. Please contact us directly with any refund inquiries.

We may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and other offers that provide a benefit when applied at checkout (collectively, “Promotions”). Promotions cannot be applied to prior or completed transactions and must be used at the time of purchase. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be discontinued or voided at any time. Expired or discontinued Promotions may not be used, even if they remain visible on the Platform. Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
