In the world of high-performance sport, understanding energy is non-negotiable. Athletes don’t simply move — they calibrate. They rise early to train with the sun, optimize recovery with light, heat, and breath, and fine-tune effort based on their present energetic state. This isn't a trend — it's a lifestyle rooted in rhythm, discipline, and deep listening.
Bringing that wisdom forward, Meaux envisioned a new kind of studio — one that didn’t just focus on aesthetics or output, but on sustainable, intelligent movement that respects the body’s circadian rhythm, the science of cellular vitality, and the mood-shifting power of the senses.
At BODĒ, every class — whether energizing or restorative — is an invitation to awaken your connection to your own rhythm. Whether you train at sunrise or moonlight, sweat with intensity or ground in stillness, your movement honours where your energy is — and where you’d like it to go.
This is fitness re-imagined — a wellness club where presence, performance, and purpose converge.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE METHOD:
At BODĒ, movement isn’t random — it’s rhythmic. Our schedule aligns with your body’s internal clock, whether you rise with the sun or come alive under moonlight.
Backed by research from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and chronobiologists like Dr. Satchin Panda, our method follows natural light cycles to support metabolic balance, hormonal regulation, and mental clarity.
Morning classes awaken. Evening sessions reset. Whether you need a boost, a breath, or a moment to realign — there’s a rhythm for you here.
Here, science meets ritual. This is movement as nature intended.
Inspired by athletic periodization and biofeedback practices, our method helps you connect movement to your current energetic state — so you're not just working out, you're tuning in with intention.
Some days call for power, others for pause. At BODĒ, we teach you to listen, adapt, and respond — cultivating awareness that leads to consistency, reduced burnout, and a routine that evolves with you.
This is fitness grounded in rhythm and responsiveness. Sustainable. Intelligent. Aligned with who you are — and how you feel.
Every session at BODĒ is intentionally designed to support mitochondrial vitality — the tiny powerhouses that fuel your body’s energy.
Backed by research from the Journal of Applied Physiology and Cell Metabolism, we integrate diverse, intelligent movement modalities — from resistance training to breathwork to rhythmic flow — proven to enhance cellular regeneration, energy output, and recovery.
At BODĒ, this science comes to life through curated classes that don’t just build strength — they restore your body at its core. This is movement that fuels you from the inside out.
Each BODĒ class — from our Grounded to Elevated Series class offerings — is thoughtfully programmed to reflect natural energetic shifts throughout the day and week.
Movement is progressive yet refined, combining mobility, resistance, deep activation, and somatic restoration. Sensory elements like infrared heat, dim light, sound, and breath-led transitions are layered to enhance nervous system regulation and deepen the mind-body connection.
We don’t follow trends. We team up with intelligence — fitness, science, yours, and the body’s.
