A modern take on Contrology — the original Pilates method — Bodē Control blends classical sequencing with a fresh, grounded vibe. Expect precision, breath-driven flow, and mindful movement. This class is all about going deeper, not faster.
With curated music, intentional transitions, and sculpting exercises, you'll leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply connected to your body. Bodē Control is a non-heated class, a contrast to our HOT BODĒ - Mat Pilates class, allowing you to focus fully on your form and inner strength.

Perfect for all levels, Bodē Rhythm transforms traditional cardio into an exhilarating and empowering experience.

Bodē Boost is a high-exertion, low-impact infrared Reformer class that ignites your power. Combining dynamic intervals with controlled resistance, it builds endurance and full-body strength. The jump board offers safe, horizontal jumping for added cardio. Infrared heat boosts stamina, recovery, and sweat.
To get the most from this class, we recommend experiencing a few Bode Base Reformer sessions first.
